Apple Health
If you enable Health sync, the app reads bodyweight, body-fat percentage, sleep, step count and active energy from Apple Health, and writes your completed workouts back so they count towards your activity rings. This is off unless you turn it on, and you can turn it off at any time in Profile, or revoke access entirely in the iOS Settings app.
Health data is used only to provide the features described in this policy. It is never used for advertising or marketing, never sold, and never disclosed to a third party for their own purposes.
Who else processes your data
We use a small number of service providers. They process data on our instructions only.
| Provider | What they receive | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | All account and app data described above | Database, authentication, file storage and server functions |
| Apple | Purchase and subscription transactions | In-app purchases. Apple, not us, handles payment |
| RevenueCat | Your account identifier and subscription status | To validate purchases and keep subscription state in sync |
| Your Move (ymove) | The identifier of an exercise only | To fetch demonstration videos. No account identifier or personal data is sent |
| Apple / Google | Sign-in confirmation and your email | Only if you choose to sign in with them |

Where your data is held
Data is stored on infrastructure operated by our providers, which may be located outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. We take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with this policy wherever it is processed.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, your data is deleted along with it, as described below. Backups may persist for a short period before being overwritten in the ordinary course.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from inside the app at any time: Profile โ Delete account. This permanently removes your account and the data associated with it, including your training history, body measurements, nutrition logs and profile. It cannot be undone.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Apple. Manage or cancel that in your App Store account settings.

- Correct anything inaccurate โ most of it is editable in the app
- Delete your account and its data
- Ask how your information has been handled, or complain about how we handled it

Children
Pulse Athletica is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Access to your records is enforced at the database level, so one account cannot read another's data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
