Questions, problems, or anything that isn’t working the way it should.

Email support@pulseathletica.app

We read every message and aim to reply within two business days. If you are writing about a bug, telling us what you tapped just before it happened is the single most useful thing you can include.

Common questions

I forgot my password.
On the login screen, choose Forgot password? and enter the address you signed up with. Open the email on the phone Pulse is installed on — the link finishes setting the password inside the app, so it cannot be completed on a computer.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are cancelled in your App Store account: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the current period ends.
I cancelled. Do I lose everything I logged?
No. Your nutrition diary and medication log stay readable and deletable without a subscription — that history is yours. What a subscription buys is continuing to add to them, along with training blocks, program import, pathology tracking, analytics and Apple Health sync.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Delete account, inside the app. It removes your account and the data with it, permanently and immediately. Note that deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription — do that in your App Store settings first.
A blood test report would not import.
Pulse reads PDFs from the major Australian laboratories, including scanned ones. Every value it recognises is shown for you to check before anything is saved, and anything it is not confident about is left out rather than guessed. If a report comes through with values missing, email us and say which laboratory issued it.
What does Pulse do with my blood results?
It shows them back to you against the reference ranges your own laboratory printed. It does not calculate its own ranges, does not interpret results and does not diagnose anything. The report file itself is read on your phone and is never uploaded — only the values you confirm are saved.
Apple Health isn’t syncing.
Health access is off until you turn it on in Profile, and iOS keeps its own permission switch: Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Pulse Athletica. Both need to be on.
My reminders stopped arriving.
Check Settings → Notifications → Pulse Athletica on your iPhone. If notifications were refused when first asked, the app cannot ask again — the switch has to be turned back on there.

Email support@pulseathletica.app and tell us what happened. If the app has behaved strangely, the version number at the bottom of Profile helps us find it.
