Does Pulse tell me what my blood results mean?
No. Pulse shows your values against the reference ranges your laboratory printed, over time, next to your training and food. It does not interpret results or give medical advice. Talk to a qualified professional about what your results mean for you.
Which blood test reports can I import?
A PDF from your laboratory gives the best results, and a clear photo of a printed report works too. Pulse was built and tested with Australian pathology reports. Whatever the format, you check every value before it is saved, and you can add or correct any result by hand.
Is it on Android?
Not yet. Pulse is on iPhone today.
Does it work with Apple Health?
Yes, if you turn it on. Pulse reads weight, body fat, sleep, steps, active energy, resting heart rate and HRV, and writes your workouts back so they count towards your activity rings. You can turn it off in the app or revoke access in iOS Settings at any time.
Can I import my coach's program?
Yes. Import a program from a PDF or photo, check it on the review screen, and train from it the same day. Program import is part of Premium.
How do I get help?
